The Home Depot

Love the store but lot of the young workers kind of hide instead of helping people.adult workers give you best advice and service.

This Home Depot in Palo Alto is not too bad. My typical complaint, never enough cashiers. Inventory is good, they have a lot of stuff on the shelves and the store is clean.

The Customer service here had a distant friendly approach. . And even though I was given a vague description of the type of buckets they had available in their store I was still able to manage finding the right one I needed to put hot water to shower since we were left without hot water at home.

Nobody to help us buy an appliance. We waited minutes in the store, no person showed up. Typical of them, associates seem to want to avoid customers with a question. They missed a sale, they dont seem to care.

What can I say.....its Home Depot Love itJust wish they had more informed employees. I was told they didnt carry what I was looking for, thank goodness Im a brat. Kept looking and I found it SCORRRRRRRRRRE

Unlike many many Home Depots where its nearly impossible to find someone to help you or direct you, this Home Depot is actually incredibly good on that front. More
